Our client, a multinational companies with line of business in general insurance, is currently looking for bright and dynamic individuals for the following senior position:

HEAD OF BANCASSURANCE

Reporting directly to the Director, the appointed candidate will be fully responsible for the overall development of strategic and business plan. He/she will play a significant role in developing Direct Marketing Distribution to achieve the sales target.

Requirement:

· Bachelor degree or higher from reputable universities

· At least 5 – 7 years relevant experiance in either insurance or financial services or related sercive background, especially in bancassurance product

· Strong knowledge of product strategy and execution, customer profitability, target segmentation and product seguencing

· Excellent people management and customers relationship skills (both external & internal)

· Maturity and flexibility to operate in a matrix management system

· Telemarketing / call center knowledge/skills/experince is a plus
